I am a queer licensed clinical social worker of color. I offer individual psychotherapy to young adults seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, sexuality, and gender identity. I have experience predominately working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities with a particular interest and expertise in late adolescence.
My training has been rooted in relational and feminist approaches focusing on the sociocultural effects on the psyche and early relational experiences that connect to symptoms in the present. I oppose societal structures that promote capitalism, heteropatriarchy, and white supremacy, and, to this end, I am attuned to how these structures define mental illness.
