I am a patient-centered therapist that takes your needs each session into account. My expertise is working with the LGBTQIA+ community and discussing topics of gender and sexuality issues. I also have experience counseling couples to improve their communication, counseling folks on more mindful substance use from a harm reduction perspective, and sharing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies to reduce anxiousness and depressive symptoms. I am currently accepting new patients as of 9/8/2024.
