I believe that we grow the most by being our authentic selves – and I aim to work with you to create a space that feels uniquely yours. I will provide you the chance to have your experience heard, while at times gently challenging you to take a different perspective. We will pay attention both to the themes you bring into the space as well as how some of those themes may show up in our relationship. My practice is power-conscious and anti-oppressive. This means that I will sometimes highlight and address power dynamics, both in the therapy room and beyond, and tune into internalized messages of racism, queerphobia, sexism, ableism, and other systems of oppression.
