I believe that mental and emotional suffering is best healed in the context of a safe and caring therapeutic relationship. Drawing on an emotion-focused and relational psychotherapy style, I see the client-therapist relationship as the foundation for healing and growth. Over the course of my career, I have worked with an array of individuals and couples from diverse economic, cultural, ethnic, spiritual, racial, sexual, and gender identities. My style is active and I will work collaboratively with you in order to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere for us to explore past and present-day difficulties. I am certified in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and am also Level III trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). In-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
