My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I support individuals navigating meaningful life transitions, including changes in relationships, identity, family roles, and healing from past experiences. I have experience working with couples, the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with acute mental health needs, PTSD, new parents, young adults, and teens. As a Latina therapist and member of the queer community, I bring an affirming, culturally attuned lens that honors identity and lived experiences.
As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), I integrate creativity and trauma-informed care, including EMDR, to support deeper healing. I also thoughtfully incorporate holistic practices when appropriate.
