Jillian Biegel

Psychotherapist
Trauma/Grief/Substance Use/Identity
LCSW, Death Doula Cert.

I have a deep respect for clients and their lived experiences. You may be feeling stuck in repeating patterns, needing support navigating the impact of trauma or processing grief, have questions related to identity and sexuality, or generally wanting to explore and manage relationship patterns, coping patterns, and difficult emotions.

I approach therapy as a vulnerable and collaborative process where our work involves unpacking societal norms and systems that impact you in order to understand the intersectional context that shapes your life. Through this work I aim to help individuals break free of shame, intentionally explore themselves and their values, foster community, and feel more at home within themselves.

I am in-network with UHC, Optum, and Oxford.
