Psychotherapist
BIPOC/LGBTQ+/Immigrants
MHC-LP, EdM

As a bilingual therapist with an international and multicultural background, I'm passionate about healing, growth, and self-discovery. My own marginalized intersectional identities as a queer Asian woman fuel my dedication to supporting underrepresented and oppressed communities. My eclectic therapy approach includes Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, mindfulness, spirituality, and indigenous healing. Specializing in trauma-informed, gender-affirming care, my Zen Buddhist background and improvisation theatre experience enable creative therapeutic techniques such as imagery, metaphoric associations, and somatic work. I strive to foster an empathic and reflective space that welcomes deeper questions, guiding clients toward their authentic selves. I am in-network with Aetna and Aetna Student Health with Columbia University.
