Jessica LaHood


I deeply believe in our innate drives toward healing. At times we need support to find our way along this path; this is where therapy can help. I employ a collaborative approach to develop curiosity and compassion for one’s whole self. In therapy we tune into the body’s wisdom, foster acceptance of our present selves, and reshape narratives of our past. My specialties include working with clients on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQI+ concerns as well as perinatal mental health. I draw on a variety of approaches including Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy and mindfulness based therapies, as well as offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
