I am a compassionate, dedicated social worker, psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional with post-graduate training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and CBT. I deeply enjoy providing therapy to Polyam/ENM individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe therapy is all about the relationship—one built on trust, understanding and honesty—and through that, we can help you connect with your true self.
