I believe that our mental health is grounded in the social contexts where we live. It is normal to struggle at times, and psychotherapy is a beautiful way to heal; to connect and reconnect with oneself and others; and to gain essential support. I believe in client-centered therapy where the client directs the process and I walk with them offering support, care and insight. From my own experience I am certain of therapy’s deeply healing potential. I have personal and working experience in gender-based violence, anti-racism, anxiety and LGBTQ+ lives. My therapy is feminist, queer-friendly and trauma-informed, and draws from mindfulness practice.
