Jasmine Gibson, LCSW received her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College, Silberman School Of Social Work. Her background is in working with Black and Brown people across the Black, Latinx and South Asian diaspora across class, ability, sexuality and gender. She has been trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing,DBT, Trauma Informed Therapy and Psychodyanmic Psychotherapy. Her main focus is exploring with clients and groups the ways intersecting identities are impacted by systems, for example: Racial Capitalism(s) impact on the childhood of Black and Brown folks immigrating and migrating to and in the US. She is ENM-informed, practices body positivity, liberation psychology informed and kink aware. Jasmine works with artists and is a published author of two books of poetry.
