My approach to therapy is collaborative and thoughtful. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and schema-informed work. I also draw from psychoanalytic and insight-oriented perspectives to help identify deeper patterns that may be influencing how you relate to yourself and others. Along the way, we’ll develop practical tools to help you manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want.
