To me, therapy doesn’t only have to be the deep, dark scary place for trauma work. My approach is eclectic and relational with a background in gender-affirming care and draws from a wide variety of modalities from ACT, CBT, narrative and feminist therapies to best suit the individual as needed. I welcome chaos, tangents and nerdiness, always aiming to embrace people with all of their differences intact. I’m grateful to be a calm, empathetic presence during losses and a big cheerleader during achievements, growth and reflection.
In my personal life, I’m a big D&D nerd and aspiring fantasy writer, always looking forward to working with fellow creatives.
