I’m a queer, transmasc therapist-in-training who is excited to help LGBTQ, disabled, CNM and other clients explore their identities, face interpersonal friction, and navigate institutional barriers. I view mental health through feminist and relational lenses that lead me to avoid pathologizing my clients’ thoughts/feelings and recognize the role of societal systems in shaping our mental well-being. My priority is making the therapy space free of judgment, where clients are able to explore themselves without fear. I value building genuine relationships with my clients, and I utilize humanistic and person-centered principles to allow them to drive our journey together based on their values. By being curious and learning about my clients, I hope to help them learn about themselves too.
