I see therapy as a journey towards deeper self-understanding and greater self-acceptance. It is a safe place where you are encouraged to explore all parts of yourself, connect with your whole self, and live with greater authenticity. I bring this philosophy into my work with individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
