As a queer man, I recognize and prioritize the intersectionality of identities, pluralistic awareness, and multicultural humility. I’m an integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist with a relational foundation; I recognize how societal expectations, role rigidity, and trauma can impact well-being. Among other things, I focus on self-concept and identity development, acceptance, individuation, and relational growth. My approach often blends mindfulness, acceptance, attachment, existentialist, and cognitive principles where indicated. I work with a lot of neurodivergent people; adults, emerging/young adults; queer folks, questioning, poly, and straight folks. I’m dedicated to supporting clients in developing their relationships, self-love, patience, resilience, transitions, and adaptability.
