Jackson Sky

I’m a queer trans nonbinary South Asian therapist who specializes in empowering TGNC, LGBTQA+, and BIPOC teens and adults in their healing. I am familiar with the difficulties and complexities of carrying marginalized identities, and draw from my lived and professional experiences to co-create a restorative relationship that cultivates curiosity, awareness, expression, and self-compassion.

My practice is eclectic, relational, and centers on trauma-informed practices. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational issues, or who are looking to develop their understanding of the effects of their own intersections of racial, cultural, gender, and sexual identities. I am in-network with Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare.
