My practice is a place where you recover and rebuild, explore your past with care, or discuss upcoming scary life transitions. Or if you like, we can really devote time to exploring your gender identity, your sexuality or your relationships. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps us figure out why we think/feel/do the things that we do. I also use mindfulness, which keeps us tethered to the here and now.
