I’m an anti-oppressive, sex-positive, and queer-affirming therapist who works with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma through an integrative, somatic, and relational lens. My practice centers authenticity, curiosity, and the healing potential of connection. As a queer and neurodiverse clinician, I bring my full humanity into the therapy space, offering warmth, openness, and lived understanding. I see clients in person at my Brooklyn office, for walking sessions throughout the city, or virtually. My goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcomed, explored, and supported in moving toward greater self-acceptance and ease.
