As an activist or caring professional, you’re committed to improving the lives of others. While it can be rewarding work it can also takes a toll on your own well-being. Being a changemaker or caregiver means constantly confronting the suffering of others while navigating systemic oppression and bearing witness to collective and individual violence and traumas. The challenges you face are often complicated by a lack of resources and supports, along with the institutional and structural barriers contributing to burnout and moral injury. On top of this, you’re likely dealing with your own challenges related to mental health and life stressors. With a focus on compassion, well-being, and liberation, I provide psychosocial support specifically for people like you. Sliding scale available.
