I’m a queer Filipina immigrant and Mental Health Counselor who works from a culturally responsive, anti-oppressive lens. My approach honors cultural identity while gently questioning the systems and stories we inherit. I create a collaborative, grounded space where clients can explore identity, intergenerational trauma, self-worth, and relationship concerns with care and curiosity.
I use narrative and relational approaches, with attention to the connection between story, body, and identity, to support meaningful and compassionate change. I believe in the power of cultural legacy, including both its wounds and its wisdom, and I support clients in reclaiming authorship over their lives. I work with individuals and couples across diverse identities and backgrounds.
I am in-network with Aetna, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare.
