I’m Henry, a queer, non-binary East Asian immigrant from Hong Kong and New Zealand. I’m focused on bringing in my diverse background as a former product manager in tech as well as an Ironman athlete, to foster transformative change and healing especially queer people of color. I specialize in burnout, work-life balance & career fulfilment challenges, acculturative and minority stress, immigration and racial issues, self-worth, gender and sexual identity, more than monogamy, and diverse sexual experiences such as kink and BDSM. I provide personalized, affirming and trauma-informed care that honors all the complexities and intersectionalities of you. I am also a Brainspotting practitioner and in training for EMDR, both of which I incorporate for treating trauma.
