I am a white, queer, fat, neurodivergent psychotherapist living with chronic pain. My practice is a mix of relational, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based self-compassion. I bring warm and grounded energy. I infuse intuitive knowledge with self-reflection and insight. My work is embodiment-based and rooted in abolitionist, trauma-informed, and radical Black feminist, intersectional frameworks.
I’m interested in working with you on topics such as: identity, belonging, sex, pleasure, pain, home, migration, queer & transness, grief, shame, addiction, fat liberation, chronic fatigue, and burnout. I am a Yoga Teacher and will include meditation, if desired. I value art, sex and play as tools to re-imagining our world and figuring out how to build the world we want to live in.
