I am passionate about working with queer adolescents, adults, and families. I am experienced working with a wide variety of diagnoses. Whether your goal is to gain insight into your own patterns of thinking and being, heal from past traumatic experiences, or build tools to deal with ongoing symptoms or difficult life phases, my goal is to co-create a space where you can feel comfortable expressing and exploring yourself. I understand how social and mental health systems can replicate policing and strive to practice from an anti-oppressive lens. In my practice I am driven to look beyond medical models of mental illness and empower my clients to work towards their own definition of wellness. I integrate elements of DBT, IFS, and trauma informed care.
