My counseling approach integrates Cognitive-behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Existential theory. The space created in the therapy room is unique to every individual client’s experience. Beginning the process of self-exploration can seem terrifying, which is why I aim to make our space together one where you can feel safe to navigate your own journey in a client-centered setting. I believe that we are drawn towards our personal version of authenticity. Getting to know yourself can be a transcendental experience, and it lays the foundation for creating healthy connections with others. Often, we change ourselves to adapt to the needs of others, and it is those changes that become an underlying source of our problems.
