Trauma, Intersectionality, Immigrants

As a daughter of immigrants, I know firsthand the stigma that surrounds communities of color when it comes to mental health. My goal is to serve as a source of support in the healing process of BIPOC communities. Often, my clients arrive at sessions feeling lost and overwhelmed with cultural and societal expectations. I want to provide you with a space where you can feel safe, feel seen, be vulnerable, and work towards healing and connectedness. I work with individuals to help unlearn patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving them. I specialize in working with Latinx, millennials, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA communities. In-network with Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United (UHC).
