I believe that therapy should be as multi-dimensional and adaptive as you are. My role as your therapist is to help facilitate your movement toward healing. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and the therapy space is one that centers and honors your resiliency and strengths. My approach as a practitioner is eclectic. I use narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, relational and psychodynamic approaches; mindfulness and embodiment practices, and elements of Buddhist psychology. My practice is firmly rooted in social justice.
