Psychotherapist
Queer/Mindfulness/Harm Reduction
LCSW

I aim to create a warm and supportive space where you can embrace the fullness of yourself in a way that allows for healing, insight and positive change.

I graduated from The Silberman School of Social Work in 2012 and completed a mindfulness facilitator training at the Engaged Mindfulness Institute and incorporate mindfulness into my social work practice. I have many years of experience working with individuals experiencing addiction, anxiety and recovering from trauma. For individuals experiencing addiction I use a harm reduction approach that will support you in making incremental changes to your behavior.

My art background helps me tap into people’s innate creativity that can be accessed as an integral part of healing and transformation.

I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
