We live in a society where vulnerability is seen as a weakness rather than a strength. But there is pride and courage in being vulnerable, for only when we are truly vulnerable can we start healing. You deserve a space where you and your vulnerabilities are heard, challenged, and liberated–a space that accepts and embraces all of you. As a therapist, I pride myself in being affirming, warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate. I aim to create an environment that is void of judgment and welcoming of vulnerability when exploring and understanding your inner world, fears, shame, strengths, and desires. The aim of my practice is to unconditionally support you in your journey of understanding, embracing, and fostering self-compassion, self-love, self-curiosity, and self-knowledge.
