As a Latina immigrant therapist, I am passionate about trauma-focused work, about exploring how our lineage shapes our identity, how grief transforms us and how healing is a life-long journey that takes place both within ourselves and in connection to others.
I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, relational issues, attachment wounds, cultural identity, grief, and the pressure of living between roles. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, IFS, CBT, and DBT.
In our work, I’ll meet you with genuine curiosity as we explore the patterns that no longer serve you, build tools for regulation and connection, and honor the resilience that has always lived within you. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna (Wellfleet), and Columbia Student Health Insurance (Aetna).
