Hi, I’m Gabrielle Guadalupe (they/she), a queer-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming therapist. My aim is to create an empathetic environment for my clients to pursue growth, well-being, and authenticity. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that works towards clients’ goals by examining emotions, thoughts, the mind-body connection, and relational patterns. I integrate mindfulness, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches and feminist & relational-cultural theories. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and the lived experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from NYU and completed NYU’s LGBT Health, Education, and Social Services Advanced Certificate program.
