Curiosity and being courageous enough to go where you haven’t before are essential. I practice Relational Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis and am AF-EMDR trained. I particularly enjoy working with individuals from the LGBTQIA community and working with individuals from all marginalized communities to support that experience and work for it to enhance one’s life as opposed to being a barrier. I completed two post-graduate programs in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and the Psychoanalytic Training Program both at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. My experience includes the LGBTQIA+ community, anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD.
In-Person Covid Protocols/Protections: My office includes a True HEPA Purifier with air quality monitoring, and I can open the window upon request.
