I believe therapy is a space to explore, heal, connect, and challenge ourselves deeply. It is my goal to establish a sense of safety and curiosity. Using relational, trauma-informed, somatic, and existential frameworks clients can expect to learn more about how they relate to their minds, bodies, and environment. I support clients in making meaning out of their experiences and messages received throughout their lives to connect to and embrace their values and identities. I have experience supporting individuals, groups, couples, and families through trauma, violence, oppression, and addiction.
