My approach is centered in joy, liberation, anti-carceral relationship building, and recognizing the impact of oppressive institutional systems. I specialize in working with queer, trans, kinky, polyamorous folks and racially marginalized folks. Core to my practice is the therapeutic relationship. I believe in a person centered and strength based model that centers your needs. As a therapist I take a relational, integrated approach catered to each individual client to find what fits best. I like to empower clients by helping them develop tools to handle distress and overwhelm while navigating factors such as trauma, interpersonal relationships, community, institutions and society. I support client strengthening their relationship to self, others, and community.
