Ezra Yurman-Whyde

Profound meaning can come from talking about the details of our lives in treatment. I’ll listen to you attentively and in a distinct way from others while trying to get at the underlying questions affecting your life and allowing for the unexpected to emerge. I practice in a manner that supports greater psychological freedom, resolve and vitality. Effective treatment can be challenging at times, but it can also be validating—work in the service of acquiring greater relief from life’s constraints and inevitable suffering. I have over 6 years’ experience working with: depression, anxiety, substance use (crystal meth, alcohol, etc.), relationship conflicts, life transitions, self-destructive/sabotaging behaviors, anger-management, HIV-related concerns, and sexuality and LGB concerns.
