It is often hard to take time to reflect on where we are in life and where we would like to be. Therapy is an experience that allows us to slow down and explore ways to improve and maximize our day-to-day experiences and interactions. I am a relational psychoanalyst by training, which means I focus on how your present and past intersect and its impact on who you are today. I will work to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable talking about difficult thoughts and feelings. I trained in Psychoanalysis at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and worked as a staff therapist at the Psychotherapy Center for Gender and Sexuality. I specialize in working with individuals who have left insular communities and struggle with feelings of isolation.
