I’m Erin, an Art Therapist specializing in art therapy, narrative therapy, parts work and EMDR. I help teens and adults manage anxiety, stress, grief, identity and self exploration, and life transitions through integrating creative expression and therapeutic storytelling. By exploring inner parts and personal narratives, I help clients work toward deeper self-understanding, healing, connection, and acceptance. I strive to uphold a nurturing, safe, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA2S+ and gender affirming therapeutic space. I approach my work through a client centered, humanistic lens and tailor therapeutic plans and goals to each individual client and their needs. I am a board certified art psychotherapist licensed in the state of New York and a member of the American Art Therapy Association, NY.
