My approach is guided by curiosity, empathy, and humor. I draw on psychodynamic, anti-oppressive, and relational frameworks, meaning our work may look like collaborating to investigate internal, communal, intergenerational, and systemic dynamics at play within your life. Throughout the process, my goal is to empower you to dismantle internalized oppressive narratives, embrace who you are, and discover what healing means and looks like for you.
As a white, genderqueer, polyamorous person, I feel dedicated to the continual investigation of privilege and power. I see therapy as an opportunity to move toward liberation collectively. I am drawn to working with partners and relationships, whether they are romantic, platonic, or seeking to creatively define how to be in relationship.
