Hello! I use an integrated approach in therapy to explore how past experiences have shaped you today and couple it with analyzing how your thoughts influence how you behave. I focus on sources of inner conflict that may be tied to different identities such as: sexual orientation, race, body-shape, and religion. I have specific expertise in working with BIPOC folx, including immigrants and refugees from the Middle Eastern and South Asia who also identify as LGBTQ+. I also specialize in trauma-informed care. I believe our sessions are when we can be most vulnerable and I strive to create a safe haven for you to explore your self away from societal pressures and norms. I have a sliding scale fee available.
