I specialize in helping teens and young adults to navigate the challenges of adolescence. I also specialize in relationship and family therapy, especially with LGBTQ+ people and those in non-traditional or non-normative family structures. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I will not tell you what to do or how to do it; I will listen closely, help you see yourself and your life more clearly, and support you in making the changes you want to make. My practice is most informed by family systems, relational theory, DBT, and narrative therapies, all of which allow me to see individuals in the context of a complex whole. I am guided by my faith in the capacities of all people to grow and change, and by my firm conviction that relationships are the key to healing.
