If you’ve embarked on the arduous search for a therapist who sees you beyond your symptoms, it may be that you hold multiple, sometimes conflicting identities while feeling systemic pressure to be stripped of the complexity within them. Perhaps you are neurodivergent, seeking connection in a culture that values individuality over collective belonging. Or maybe you are a creative soul feeling tension between expressing your individuality and honoring your collectivist roots, or even both. You might be hypervisible in one part of your identity while another remains largely unseen.

My approach is relational, grounded in curiosity about the roots of shame and self-doubt. Together, we might explore questions such as:

Are you the person you truly are, or the person you learned to be to survive?
