It’s hard to be human in this world. Both trauma and systemic oppression can make us shut down parts of ourselves or make us rely too heavily on repressing pain. My aim is to provide a safe enough space for you to process difficult experiences and draw out your innate strengths to build a life more fully in alignment with your values. To do this, I borrow from various modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in working with working with individuals who hold multiple marginalized identities, and because of my own positionality, I especially love working with queer Asian Americans. My ethics as a therapist are deeply informed by feminist and abolitionist political frameworks.
