I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, grief, loss, and challenging transitions in life. Even from our first session, my goal is to help you feel heard and grounded as we begin sorting out what you need in this moment as well as in the near future as you continuing living your life. We will use some traditional talk therapy mixed with art therapy and contemplative practices (meditation, guided visualization, etc.) in a way that feels good to you and meets your needs. Through our work, you'll be able to identify what you want for yourself and explore the possibilities based on your unique journey.
