Many people are currently dealing with higher levels of anxiety and stress than ever before and it’s hard to feel grounded in day to day life. I work with each person, from a contemplative and mindful perspective, to identify your strengths and develop healthy ways of coping as we uncover the challenges you currently face and what those challenges are stirring up in terms of trauma, unaddressed events or issues from the past, and your unique experience in the world. It is important you find the right fit with your therapist and to help with that I run a group practice that brings together a diverse group of like minded professionals, so you are more likely to find someone whose approach or outlook on life you identify with and can feel comfortable connecting with.
