I am a relational and psychodynamic provider, with a particular interest in using interventions from ACT, DBT, trauma-informed CBT, and IFS to support my clients. I emphasize client-centered practice and justice in my work and collaborate with my clients on what process and tools will work best for and empower them the most. I have an extensive background working with survivors of domestic violence with various intersecting identities–including queer, kinky, poly, CNM, disabled, and fat clients. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals and folks with traumatic brain injuries.
Please feel free to connect and ask any questions to see if we may be a good fit!
I am in-network with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, BCBS of Massachusetts, UHC, Oxford, and Oscar.
