Hi! I offer an approach that is trauma-informed and holistic, and grounded in bodily autonomy, liberation, and anti-racism. I am particularly dedicated to those who have been excluded from mainstream therapeutic spaces.
My expertise is with LGBTQIA+ communities; sex workers, poly / ENM, kink / BDSM communities, neurodiverse, disabled / chronically ill communities, and substance users. My approach is informed by my shared identities and experiences.
I work with survivors of Intimate Partner Violence; childhood and adult sexual violence; attachment trauma; hate violence; and police, state, and institutional violence.
I offer talk therapy, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ERP, grief counseling, somatic approaches, and harm reduction counseling. All sessions remote.
In-Person Covid Protocols/Protections: In-person protocols include: KN-95 or better quality masks; PCR tests (if accessible) to unmask, or 2 rapids 48 hours apart; a well-ventilated office, or the option of walk and talk therapy.
