I am an autistic, disabled, queer, and nonbinary therapist who sees each client as a whole person and the expert of their own experience. I am neuro-affirming, which means I do not believe anyone’s body-mind is “disordered.” I specialize in helping clients carve a Self-led path outside of neuronormativity and oppressive paradigms, using a relational, trauma-informed approach and a disability-justice, intersectional, decolonizing lens.
I see clients 16+, focusing on the following populations: 2SLGBTQIA+, autistics, ADHDers, survivors of religious trauma, creatives, and those with chronic illness. I utilize lived experience, somatic parts work, creative writing, ACT, and I-CBT (for OCD specifically). I offer virtual therapy and gender-affirming surgery letters in North and South Carolina.
I am in-network with BCBS, Aetna, and the NC State Health Plan.
