I offer individual and couples therapy for clients navigating major life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is psychodynamic and person-centered, integrating CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and EMDR. I specialize in working with fellow anti-Zionist Jewish clients navigating identity, grief, and moral injury. I have experience supporting queer and trans clients, individuals managing ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, people managing OCD, people navigating substance use from a harm reduction lens, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous clients, and those impacted by gender-based violence and the criminal legal system. I support clients navigating relationship stress, anxiety, attachment wounds, and conflict across many types of relationships.
I am in-network with Aetna and school insurance for NYU, the New School, Columbia, and Barnard.
In-Person Covid Protocols/Protections: I wear a KN95 mask for in-person sessions.
