To me, therapy is the act of radically engaging in self reflection, letting yourself be seen, and ultimately, being deeply human. I specialize in working with creatives (in any form or capacity). I also specialize in the areas of self worth, identity exploration, and relational patterns. Overall, I am open and excited to work with anyone who is willing to go deep and be present in the therapy room.
I am an eclectic therapist, drawing mainly from Parts Work, Gestalt, and Narrative theories. My approach to therapy is making space for us to play, get curious, and to honor and give space to all parts of you. I believe in working with people beyond western ideas of what therapy “should” look like, working from a social justice and multicultural framework.
I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, Optum, Oscar Health, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.
