I am a white, Queer, cisgender woman, social worker and born and raised New Yorker. Before going into individual therapy, I worked at Planned Parenthood for 5 years and provided support to patients seeking abortion care, sexual healthcare, crisis resources, and gender affirming surgeries/hormone care. I approach therapy with an open heart and mind, using an integrated practice rooted in trauma-informed, Anti-Racist, and Reproductive Justice frameworks. I am sex/kink positive, sex work friendly, Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned, and specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all human beings as well as the potential for growth, joy, resilience and expansion.
