My goal is to help you create deeper wells of safety, strength, and joy through understanding of yourself and your environments, and exploring new patterns, experiences, and meanings. I approach my work with humility, respect, and a genuine desire to connect. I use an integrative approach, rooted in being trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and identity-affirming, and in recognizing that you are the expert of your life and experiences. I am committed to always developing my understanding of all identities and cultures, especially as they relate to oppression and liberation. I’ve worked with people who have experienced trauma from oppression, family, partners, sexual assault, and emotional abuse. My area of focus is in work with Queer, Trans, Poly/ENM, and Neurodivergent individuals & couples.
